Irvine Convention.. WONDERFUL!!

Hello October sisters.. Can I say I love ObesityHelp.com??? It is the most wonderful place in the world! The people I met are outstanding in every way!! The stories inspired me, made me cry, made me happy.. And most of all, made me remember that this is exactly what I wanted out of this!! This convention put everything in perspective. It has made me feel proud of what I did and I want to tell EVERYONE!! Jackie is absolutely beautiful!! Her Body??? Look out now... woohhooooo.. She spoke from the heart and is my inspiration.. The OH Staff... WONDERFUL!! Amy Williams... AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL!!! Can I say.... I LOVE my new friends!!! I met Amy K.. She is such a sweet girl.. It was like we have known each other for years!!.. We took a really cute picture. She said she would post it for us!! Her mom Jane.. What a GREAT STRONG women.. Her story is something else. I look up to her for her strength! And... She found the most incredible man.. Way to go girl!!! And Carmen... She is an Oct 06 girl too. We need to get her to post on here!! She is absolutely wonderful!! I learned so much, when I get home tonight I will post what I learned for you all to read.. Please, Please, Please. If you have a convention in you area, you MUST go!! It will be so worth it!! Thank you Tiff for the update. I often wonder if it would be worth it to attend. The last close one was in Chicago, but I did not go as I was still pre-op at the time and not sure if I would ever be post-op. Glad you had fun and looking forward to the "dish"! Have a great day! Dawn

Hey Tiff...... So, I'm not sure. Did you have fun? j/k!!!! Sounds like it was wonderful. I can't wait to see what you learned. Looking forward to that post. We are having one in Austin TX this summer, but I don't know if I will still be in this area, so I haven't signed up to go. Wish I knew whether or not we'd still be here.... Tiff, you are so right. If any of you get a chance go to an OH event, please go. You will learn so much and you really get such a great chance to meet really wonderful people. I really had a good time. I will post that pic as soon as Carmen sends it to me. Amy
