Keeping on the Wagon - Friday
Ok, don't be surprised...today I have...
NO PLAN!
Yes thats right. The brakes on my car hit situation critical last night - I was to the point where I was afraid they would no longer stop the car. So this morning had to get up, meet The Boy at the mechanic, drive him to work and take his car for the day....made for a lot of morning rushing and I forgot to plan or bring anything with me...so today the plan is to survive on the contents of my desk drawer and the drawer I keep in the fridge here.
I have found on hand - 2 protein bars, 1 Qsmart bar, 2 hard boiled eggs (and I have light mayo, dill relish and mustard - I can make egg salad), 1 string cheese, 1 carb control yogurt, 1 oz of cheddar cheese.
I think I can survive on that until this evening easily, and there is nothing "bad" in the stash - so I don't think I will have anything to confess at the end of the day either!
Water: still "shooting" for 80+oz. Came up a little short yesterday -which, as always was reflected in the scale this morning.
Excercise: I am skipping lunch so that I can leave early to pick up the The Boy at work and pick up my car (complete w/ new brakes)...so no excercise for me today.
