You look great. I am also able to eat small amounts of sugar. But there is a point where my body rejects it, and I dump. Took one time to teach me my lesson.
I really have no paticular plans. I never did like planning meals etc.
I'm flying planless myself today - I left all my food at home this morning as I left in a rush.
I do know that I am really making it a point to keep that sugar out of my mouth!
