Keeping on the Wagon - Wednesday

Ok, I missed a day of "pre-planning" and managed not to overdo it too much. Yesterday: B: procomplex 1 scoop with 8oz skim milk (30g) S: some leftover ham (20g) L: out w/ friends...TGIFridays...Shrimp Key West (1 skewer and a few bites of broccoli)....(15g or so) CONFESSION: 3 tablespoons of caramel sundae (oops) at this point I'm pretty sure I'm one of those "sugar doesn't make me dump" people - this is not a good thing. S: none D: tilapia (20g) 60oz of water and 1 hour of water aerobics (kicked up in intensity this week) Overall - if it were not for the little bit of ice cream and the low water count - it was a good day. The scale was in a good mood this morning - so I feel good about it. Today I am armed with a plan again...but already have slipped...I'll just plan it in to the day. B: procomplex/skim milk (30g) (confession) - just had 1oz of pretzels as my body was looking for a salt/cruch fix and I am out of whole grain options. S: may have some ham (15-20g) L: leftover shrimp (eaten cold because microwaving shrimp will make it impossible for the pouch to handle). (15ish) S: none D: Dinner with my FMIL (future mother in law) - leftover ham. (20g) Fluids: shooting for 80+oz today. Excercise: NaDa...can you tell the wedding day is fast approaching...too much to do at night, no time for the gym (or at least not as often). Anyone else thought about their "plan" for the day?
