For heavens sake!!!!!

My PCP just called and said that my surgeon's office cannot figure out where the faxed test results went, so they are faxing them again, AND my surgeon wants to see the actual film from the Upper GI so I have to go to the hospital, sign to have them released to her and she wants them mailed...however, since I am seeing her on Thursday I am picking up the films and taking them with me!! All this, and I am not supposed to worry!! Go figure!!!! Holly

HOLLY, AND THE MADNESS GOES ON! TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS AND WORKS AT IN A HOSPITAL, NOTHING IS EVERY EASY. JUST AS WHEN WE WERE WORKING UP FOR THIS SURGERY, WE'RE ALWAYS HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS. Good grief!!! Sorry to hear you are having to go thru all this. I like your idea of taking the films with you and handing them to the doctor yourself. That way you KNOW he got them and you won't hear "it hasn't arrived yet" etc. I hate it when they give you all those excuses. UGH!!!! Take care.
