Keeping on the Wagon - Monday
I should have entitled this (getting back on the wagon - Monday) as I fell off and rolled under the wheels this weekend. Thank goodness this surgery does a great job of forcing portion control on us, so even if I decided to splurge (a lot) it wasn't more than a few bites of this or 1/2 a piece of that.
Today:
B: protein shake (skim milk and pro-complex)
S: I gave in the the growlie stomach and had a few pretzels...not too many - just enough.
L: ham and coleslaw (leftovers...yum)
S: piece of string cheese
D: tilapia and veggies
Forgot the rest of the post eating is only 1/2 the battle.
Excercise - nothing formal planned today - the weekend kicked my butt energy wise, my Saturday turned into a festival of excercise....I was helping set up a nearby summer camp, lifting 4-6 #10 cans of food continuouly for 2 hours...not to mention my morning spinning class.
Fluids: plenty of good plain water.....shooting for over 90oz today.
