How is everyone?
It's been a wild few weeks for me and my recovery. I decided to go back to work yesterday since I have a desk job and all the drains, staples and stitches were removed on Wed. Some say I'm crazy for returning but I just couldn't sit at home a sleep all day anymore plus I wanted to have leave left since summer is right around the corner. I will post new pictures after I get off work today to share with everyone. I hope everyone has a wonder Easter. My doctor doesn't want me to lose anymore weight and I'm fine with that I just would like to tone my arms and thighs. I can now for the first time since my teenage years wear a size 10. I think this is a major WOW moment for me because it's been a long long time for me.

Hey Susan!
Congrats on being able to go back to work so soon! Try to take it easy though. You don't want to re-open anything. I have a friend from work that actually did that...her thought was "I just sit at my desk all day, I can do this" and ended up splitting open her incision. She's having to have surgery again later this month to repair the damage plus having a hernia repair at the same time. Not saying it to scare you....but please be careful. I would hate to have the same thing happen to you. If you have any pulling or discomfort, please go back home and rest for another week.

Hey susan,
what a wonderful accomplishment to have reached goal already. Wearing a size 10 ? I can only dream a size 10, I'll be lucky if the lowest weight I'll be able to get to that I'll fit into a size 16.
I know sitting around is making you crazy. I remeber how it was when I had my RNY but please listen to you md. Just like susan said, I'd hate to see you dehis ( split open an incision site) an area that hasn't healed completely jet. Even though you have a desk job you don't realize all the stretching, reaching and bending you do, even from a chair.
Please be careful.
