Keeping on the Wagon - Thursday
Confession - I fell off yesterday - nothing majorly bad, chinese for lunch instead of my low carb lean cuisine (with the fried rice thank you) - all that salt did a number on me - the scale was up this morning - I'll have to suck down extra water today.
confession #2 - I don't feel like climbing back on the wagon today - I'm feeling majorly hungyr and "snacky" - I don't want to plan now for the rest of the day.
Enough confessions:
B: pro-complex w/ skim milk and 1/2 serving of All-Bran crackers (31g)
S: (eating it now) light string cheese (8g)
L: low carb lean cuisine (15g)
S: carb control (w/ fiber added) yogurt (7g)
D: light string cheese (probably) (8g)
fluids: I am going to try to get in extra today to flush out all the sodium from yesterday.
Excercise: I've been really off the wagon this week - Heading back to the gym tonight 1 hour water aerobics and am going to try to get there early enough to get some circut training in as well.
Anyone else want to plan ahead - join me, it helps...even when you don't feel like doing it.
Aw, Patricia...sometimes we have cravings for things and we will give in. This is life. I know that when I go to a party I am going to sample things...I'm going to have parties in my life that I will have to deal with. I just have to control what I put in my mouth and not overdo it like I would have in the past. Don't beat yourself up about the chinese. You'll get it out of your system with all the extra water you are going to drink. You're doing great.
Confession #1: My kids have brought home Easter Candy from their Easter Egg hunt at daycare and I have had two miniature pieces of chocolate. It was YUMMY!!!! But I did stop myself at two.
Confession #2: I started my period yesterday and have cramps and really want to just get my shower and NOT workout. I'm sitting in my recliner in my workout wear and shoes, so I might as well just bite the bullet.
B: Soy Crisps and Stick of Beef Jerky (11g total)
L: Baked Sesame and Ginger Salmon (or some other type of fish) (20g)
S: Protein Shake with Super Skim Milk (30g)
D: Grilled Chicken Salad with Light Caesar Dressing (21g)
S: Sugar Free Lifesavers Popsicle or Fudgesicle (don't know if there is any protein in this)
I hope to get in 80-90 grams of water today. I am getting started now with my 32 oz Tupperware tumbler filled with Ice Water. I'm going shopping in a bit, so I have to take a bottle of water with me.
I'm off to the treadmill now to walk 2 miles. Hope you have a great day!!!
