Keeping on the Wagon - Wednesday
Ok everyone - join in the fun - it is so helpful to at least think ahead a little bit and come up with a sketchy plan for your eating today - it helps make sure your not missing anything.
First off Excercise: none again today - No lunchtime walk it's raining, and it's not a gym night for me.
My plan:
B: Pro-complex and skim milk with 5 multigrain crackers (31g)
S: light string cheese (8g)
L: low carb lean cuisine (15g)
S: 1/2 protein bar (10g)...subject to change or complete elimination...
D: homemade low fat chicken divan (as long as the boy saves me some) 20g
(if the chicken is gone I'll grill up a tilapia filet - 25g)
Water etc. 12 down so far (4 first thing this morning and 8 just now) - 24 more before lunch is my goal and 32 after lunch - at least 16 before and immediately after piano lessons (tonight is my long piano night) and 8 before bed.
No confessions from yesterday at all - I even went to a "dessert social" and quietly sat there sipping my water - I didn't get close enough to the table to even be tempted.
HAD A STRANGE AND BUSY DAY TODAY BUT WAS ABLE TO GET ALL MY FLUID IN, GOT 80oz IN. WE HAD BABIES OUT THE YING YANG TODAY.
B: 1 SCRAMBLED EGG W/ 2 PIECES OF BACON
L: 1/2 CUP TACO SALAD MINUS THE SHELL
D: JAMACIAN BEEF PATTY (DELISH)
S: 6 LOW FAT WHEAT THINS W/ EGG SALAD.
CONFESSIONS FOR YESTERDAY: MADE CAKES FOR A BAKE SALE THE HOSPITAL IS HAVING FOR THE MARCH OF DIMES AND TASTED SOME OF THE BATTER, OH MY GOD, DIED AND WENT TO HEAVEN.
