Typical day ahead....
B: Pro-complex 1 scoop w/ 8oz skim milk 30g
S: light string cheese 8g
L: low carb lean cuisine 15g
S: multi-grain crackers 2g
** attending a "dessert social" ** after teaching my piano lessons tonight - I will not be eating dessert, but the speaker is someone I really am interested in hearing. Hoping to avoid all temptation.
D: 1 serving light chicken divan (made with all low fat / fat free ingredients) 20g
Fluids - still lagging behind in this and it is showing on the scales. Today I WILL WILL WILL do better.
Excercise - none today. SHopping instead of walking at lunch time and going to the dessert social instead of going to the gym tonight.
Confessions from yesterday - Nuts are my latest weakness, while I know they are not the best choice, I constantly choose them over other better options. My downfall is portion size, I eat way too many at once. I also ate my chili way too late last night (9:30) - it was spicier than usual and I ended up with a sour stomach which kept me up pretty late. Must learn to not eat the heavy foods when I get home at night, the traditional dinner thing is done for me.
