Keeping On the Wagon - Monday
Todays "plan" (realizing it won't go exactly like this)
B: 1 scoop pro-complex w/8oz skim milk (30g)
S: 1 light string cheese w/ 1/2 serving multi grain crakers (All-bran brand) (10g)
L: a low carb lean cuisine (all of the meat - a bite or 2 of veggies) (15g)
S: 1/2 protein bar or 1 Q-smart bar (10g)
D: 1/2 cup chili w/ cheese (15g)
S: (optional) 8oz CIB w/ skim milk (15g)
Fluids: I fall behind on the weekends - I will do my best to get it all in today - so far not doing so well, it's almost 10 and I have only had 8oz.
Excercise: Lunchtime walk (2 miles).
Confessions from the weekend: Fluids were bad bad bad yesterday. Probably only about 40oz or so total (at the most). I also hardly ate a thing. A bite or two of eggs and ham in the morning, and 1/2 cup of chili and that was it (except for the 1 cookie - 3g of sugar- that I had during snack time at kids choir last night).
How about everyone else? Planning it out (even if it's only a rough plan) REALLY helps to keep you on track for the day!
