OK!!! I did it myself!!!
After I just got done posting the last post that I did on when to measure I grabbed the tape measure and did it myself since the "hubby" was in such a fowl mood last night and no help to me at all
Here is my update for March....
lbs lost: 6
inches lost: 4 1/4...better than what dear "hubby" had me at!!!
BMI: 30.6...hair away from being just overweight
Since October....
lbs lost: 74
inches lost: 58 1/2
BMI down: 12.01 pts.
I can see a big slow down in everything as the months move on....guess it is time to stop putting excerise on the back burner and get busy!!!!

way to go lisa...
i have never measured yet. i wish i would have started. i can tell i've lost inches though with my clothing. it's fun when i can get my 18 jeans up and down with the snap still snapped and my belt still on! considering that i had outgrown my size 22 jeans (same brand... no stretch in any, 22's, 20's or 18's) before i started this journey. i can't quite fit into the 16's yet, but i know that i am on my way. my wrists have lost a lot too, i can tell by my bracelets.
have a great monday... and yes, i too have to stop putting execise on the back burner, so i know where you are coming from. i bought both a gazelle and a red exerciser, but haven't really used them since i haven't felt well since i got them. hopefully today i will get some answers and find out how to start feeling better.

patricia
I hope you start feeling better soon!!! Have you had your labs done lately?? I have been feeling really good but the labs came back that the Vit-D is down again. This is like a yo-yo. Last time I had labs done it was my Iron...this time Vit-D. I don't guess I will ever be perfect because I never have been. I have always been deficent in something...mostly iron my whole life.
Thanks for the reply and hang in there...you will soon be in those size 16 pants. I have bought a few size 16's, the one pair is kinda tight but I can wear them ok.
