Keeping on the Wagon - Friday
Oh boy, the end of the week, finally.
I have a day that is hard to plan for - impossible to plan for...
B: (no milk this morning - so I couldn't make a shake) 1oz cheese w/ 1 serving nuts (15g)
S: 1/2 protein bar (10g)
L: -don't know - going out to eat
S: 1/2 protein bar (10g)
D: 1 scoop pro-complex w/ 8oz skim milk (30g)(thank the Boy - he's picking up milk today!)
We're going to a Phillies game tonight so the shake will be consumed in the car on the way. Man is it going to be tough to fight the temptation of all the good food they have at the ball park, I have a feeling I may "snitch" a fry or two from The Boy. I am hoping that by eating my "heavier" foods earlier in the day and having the shake at dinner it will keep me on track.
Fluids - 16 down already, 16 more in front of me. Plan for 32 this afternoon and 32 this evening (I'll just dump all my money into bottled water at the ball park tonight).
Excercise: Nothing formal planned, but I'm sure I'll be doing a ton of walking tonight, Citizens Bank Park is a BIG place.
