Well, it seems that I have completely stopped losing. This has been the hardest month I have had so far. I know we hit lulls in our weight loss sometimes, but this has really got me down. I am doing everything that I am suppose to be doing. I don't understand it. Is this all that I am going to lose?? I am trying really hard not to be down, but I am sinking fast. I have done my measurements and no change there. What is up with me? Well, going to go get a nap before I have to go in to work tonight. I am working an extra shift tonight. Thanks all for letting me pout. lol Love yall, Sherry

Sherry, sorry to hear you are feeling so badly about this. I definitely understand. Have you talked to your nutritionist? Gone over every bite in detail? Are you eating enough? How about your exercise? Do you want to share details here, so we can give a perspective? Lisa

I am in the same boat. I posted my "ambivalent 5 month report" here and on the lightweight board a couple of days ago. Everyone's advise was that this is normal at this time, and to keep with the program as "this too shall pass". One even said that when this happened to her at 5-6 months out, she lost 11 lbs over the next 2 weeks!!!! I will keep to the program and hope for the best, but just know that you are not alone. We can all pout together!!!! Dawn
