Keeping on the Wagon - Thursday
Finally had a night of relaxation last night. My piano lesson canceled so I only had to deal with a quick eye doctors appointment, then I was home.
Back to my crazy schedule today - whi*****ludes skipping my lunchtime walk to head to meet with The Boy to apply for our marriage licence, 2 piano lessons and 1 hour of water aerobics after work.
If I don't plan my day in advance foodwise I find it consumes me and I am constantly worried about what I should eat and when....so here it goes....
B: 1 scoop pro-complex w/8oz skim milk (30g-ish)
S: multi grain crackers (2g)
L: low carb lean cuisine (15g)
S:1/2 atkins bar (10g)
pre-workout: light string cheese and multi grain crackers (8g)
D: 2-3 oz turkey (15-20 depending on how much I eat)
Fluids - I've finished 16oz already, plan for my usual 16 more before lunch, 32 after lunch and 32 in the post work madness.
Excercise - none at lunch, 1 hour of water aerobics/toning/swimming
