Yummy "salad"...
I have no idea the break down on this but thought I would share my lunch with ya.
Half an avacado
1/2 a packet of crab ( http://www.chickenofthesea.com/product_line_detail.aspx?did=4800009104 )
1 leaf of romaine
fresh herbs of choice ( I used parsley and basil )
Drizzle of Balsamic vinegar and lemon juice
1. Mix avacado and crab and put on romaine leaf then add balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.
2. Roll and eat.

I took your idea and used what I had.
I mixed the whole avacado with 1 package (3 oz) of the smoked salmon marinated in roasted garlic (Chicken of the Sea foil packet) and used a bit of the marinade to moisten. I added a little salt and pepper and rolled a couple of tablespoons in a Boston Lettuce leaf.
I have enough left for a couple more servings.
Yummy!
