Keeping On The Wagon - Wednesday
2 late nights in a row make for a tired Patti.....
Here's the plan for the day - (I'm out of milk - no time to head out to the store will have to make do with what I have here at work)
B: 3oz of turkey ( 20g)
S: 1oz cheese (7g)
L: 2.5 oz chicken w/ veggies (green beans and broccoli - a few bites of each) (15g)
S: if they have milk at the cafe downstairs today CIB w/ skim milk (15g)
D: grilled tilapia (20g)
fluids: working on getting them down 16oz so far
Excercise: 2 mile march around the corporate center over lunch hour.
Confessions: Great day yesterday. I stuck to the plan or made "even steven" swaps for things. Yesterday was the first day of walking 2 miles instead of just 1 at lunch - and the instructor "forced" me to move up to the 40lb resistance weights (instead of the 20lb. I had been using) in my water aerobics class. Boy did I feel the burn!

YESTERDAY WAS A FAIRLY GOOD DAY FOR ME. HAD HALF OF A SAUTE'D ONION/TOMATO AND SWISS CHEESE OMLET, HALF OF A HAMBERGER W/ COLBY/CHEDDAR CHEESE AND 3-4 MOUTHFULS OF STRINGBEANS AND ALL THE MEAT FROM A SOUTH BEACH DINNER OF ORIENTAL GARLIC BEEF AND VEGGIES.
AND ABOUT 40oz OF WATER.
TODAY SO FAR:
B: 1/2 C OF KELLOGG'S SPECIAL K PROTEIN CEREAL W/ 1/2 C 1% MILK AND A HAND FULL OF RASINS.
2.5 mile walk this morning.
L: 2 SM SLICES EACH OF TURKEY, HAM, ROAST BEEF AND LOW/FAT, LOW/SODIUM SWISS ON A PIECE OF RYE BREAD. (each slice of meat was about 3" in diameter)
4 oz SPICY HOT V8 JUICE
D: EITHER HOMEMADE CHILLI W/ CHEDDAR CHEESE OR TURKEY POT PIE MINUS THE CRUST.
ALWAYS FORGET ABOUT HAVING SNACKS.
HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING IN MY FLUIDS TODAY, DON'T FEEL LIKE DRINKING.
CONFESSIONS: WENT TO A SEMINAR ON METHANPHETAMINES FOR WORK AND SNUCK TWO SMALL PIECES OF COOKIE.(no dumping) BAD DONNA.
