Learned the hard way!!!!
I can't eat bread neither
and I loved bread before this surgery....mostly my mothers yeast rolls
ooooohhhhh how I miss them
. I have learned that if I am going to a resturant that I am better to get something that is not on a bun but have something that is on a wrap. I can do some breaded stuff....here lately I have been craving shrimp
.....breaded. I try to take off the breading sometimes but last night I didn't and it didn't effect me. I had about 7 jumbo's w/****tail sauce. The sauce was a little too hot for my liking but I enjoyed every bite just the same because it didn't make me sick. I ate a chicken wrap at Micky-D's one time and it only took a few bites and I thought I was going to get sick. Breading+grease=
I think. They do not clean their grease pit like they should and probably do not change the oil as well. If they go a few days of heavy frying stuff and it is the same oil then I am sure that is a big
for us
I think this surgery is all about living and learning and sometimes we pay dear for our mistakes
