I FIT! I FIT! I FIT! I FIT!
Yup I did. Not only did I fit in the stupid awful blood sucking chair ( other wise known as the chair with the fold down arm thingie you sit in where they draw blood) but I also fit in the teeny tiny reception chair. Last time I had my blood drawn was hmmmm September of last year. I could not even SIT in the chair to get my blood drawn I had to sit on this stupid stool thing. And FORGET about the arm thingie. She kept telling me "Oh sure honey you will fit just sit right down there". So I did and of course my ass was to big for the chair and well the arm thingie was back by my SHOULDER! It was humiliating. As bad as that was when I got there last time I had to sit in this stupid tiny chair ( of course they ALLL have arms) with barely a butt cheek hanging on to the seat while they took my info. UGGG was awful. This time I walked in and plopped right down in the reception chair. She took my info and all I could do is smileeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee big. Then when my name was called by this OMG cute nurse guy to go back I thought "oh please let me fit oh please let me fit" and I DID! Not only that the arm thingie went down WITH ROOM TO SPARE!! Best part was he was able to find a vein first time out. When I was heavier it was always a night mare to find a vein. I looked that guy straight in the face and said "I am sure you are not going to care one way or the other but 6 months ago I couldn't sit in this chair." He smiled and said well look at you now with the chair almost to big for you. Ok TOTAL lie but hey he is welcome to say what ever he wants LMAOOO. Joshua was so awesome to. He stood there holding my hand telling the guy exactly what to do and what was happening and why it was what it was lmaoo. What can I say I love the Magic School Bus videos. The guy couldn't believe how much J knew about the whole "blood" thing. Not bad for a 6 year old.
Anyways then we went clothes shopping. Got a couple new shirts because Dale said he had enough of the tents lol. And broke down and got a new pair of walking shoes. Was told it was stupid to wear 3 pairs of socks and to just go buy a new pair lol. Still need a new bra but I am just out of the sizes locally so going to suffer through with the ones I have till I am down a size ( yup ONE STINKING SIZE TO BIG! GRRRR). I can get the 44 hooked but ye****s tight. Had to laugh though I have gone from a HH to a D in cup size.. Poor wittle girls they just shrinking away.
Have to say though that I am beat. 4 stores and a trip to the doc was way to much for my poor ole fat body. I sat down to eat lunch when I got back and couldn't get back out of the chair lol. I am so stiff!!! OWWWWWWWWWWWW Oh well. Was an awesome day.
Thanks for reading.

YIPPEE SKIPPY FELICIA!!! I'm doing a happy over here for you!!!! WTG!!!!!!
What a wonderful super fantabulous terriffic day!!!! I'm so excited for you!!!!!!! :
Keep up the good work and next time you go in for labs, that chair is going to be HUGE!! I'm so proud of you!!!!!!!!!!!!
Congrats on the shopping trip. My hubby's been saying the same thing about the big shirts, etc I've been wearing. I'm glad you were a good girl and listened to your hubby. MAYBE I'll follow your lead and do the same....MAYBE......
I hear ya with about those darn bras. I'm having problems finding the right size. I bought two new ones yesterday and will be returning them Thursday unless I can find time tonight or tomorrow to do it. I know I need a 38 (tried a 36 and it was too tight) but I'm not sure which cup size I need. I tried a D...and it was WAY too small. I'm thinking MAYBE a DD will work....but am not convinced. I really should have a professional fitting but don't want to just yet. Would rather buy the cheap bras at K-mart now and when I hit goal I'll go to Victoria's Secret, have a fitting and buy the CUTE expensive bras. I thought was going to be able to buy cute ones this time....but it looks like I still have to have the stupid ugly torture devices.... UGH!!
Here's to a great day!! Hope it doesn't take you too long to recover!!
Susan
I hear you on the bras. I just want one to keep the girls up till I am smaller then I am sooooooooo going in to have one fitted. I had a REALLY good one but out grew it fast! I tried on DD today and nope poofed on the top lol so no go had to go to a D but I really need a 46. I could put on the 44 but its no better then the old non fitting ones I have now so will just wait. Wont be long before I am there anyways lolol. I had to giggle at your "cute bras" comment. Made me think of J this morning as I am wandering around looking for SOMETHING that came in 44 or bigger lol he kept pointing out all these frilly colored ones. OOOO get this one Momma lolol. Poor thing. Wait till he is a teenager and I remind him of the time he would go bra shopping and help me pick them out roflmaooooo
I got a new sweat shirt to finally. Have to retire my old one. I was a 10x and YES I was big enough to wear it with just enough room for a t shirt under it at one time. *sigh* I actually could fit in to a Just My Size brand ( just my size my ass - they always run small ) and I am so excited to say that its a touch big and its a 4x YIPPIEEEEE I bought a couple shirts at Walmart today that will have to go back cuz they are to big. I guess I am in a 3x no matter if I want to believe it or not. Walmarts dressing rooms suck so I couldn't try them on and not lose track of J. Walmart is seriously 5 mins from my house so no biggie to return them. Luckily the shirts I got at Shopko fit great so they wont have to go back but out of habit grabbed another pair of pants and of course got home and WRONG SIZE! They are hugeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee so lol will have to trek across town some other day to exchange them. Fun to take stuff back now that doesn't fit cuz its BIG instead of SMALL!

Yay for you! It is so awesome when we dont dread going places and doing things now because we "fit"! I love it. I am so glad you had such a nice wow moment. Even if it was at the lab for a blood draw. Hope all your labs come out good. Congrats on your new clothes too! Sounded like a fun but exhausting day for you!
