Keeping On the Wagon - Tuesday
Wow - late LATE night last night. Over 80 people showed up for the shower, it took me 2 hours to unwrap everything and another hour to load up The Boys car and yet another hour to unload and get it stored away. I didn't get to bed until 1am (3 hours later than my usual time).
I need the plan to keep me from having to think too much today....
B: 1 scoop pro-complex w/ 4oz 1% milk (out of skim) and 4oz water 30g
S: crave control yogurt 7g
L: low carb lean cuisine 15g
S: 1oz cheese w/ multigrain crackers 8g
D: turkey 20g
Fluids: 16oz so far, 16 more in front of me, planning 32 more before I leave work and 32 between work and when I finally get home to bed.
Excercise: Back on the bandwagon today. Hoping to complete 2 miles during my lunchtime walk today, then off to water aerobics tonight. Hopefully my new bathing suit will arrive today.
Confessions: Things went well considering yesterday. All my fluids, no off plan snacking. I had enough time after work to run home and grab some protein for dinner. I only ate a little. At the shower I had a couple bites of turkey and a deviled egg. That was it!
I'm so glad you had such a wonderful wedding shower!! So many people love you!! I'm not surprised though....your warmth comes thru all your posts.
Congrats on sticking with your plan yesterday. Good luck with today as you walk around in a haze! I hate it when I am not able to get enough sleep.... Be careful driving!
