Keeping on the Wagon Monday
Weekend confessions: None. Saturday I was so busy. Breakfast was a low carb lean cuisine. Then I was so busy with packing and cleaning and sorting my apartment that I didn't even think of food. I was back at The Boys by 4 - I made a shake, we went to the mall (to get our wedding bands) and ate at the food court for dinner - I had "chicken terryaki" from the Japanese place - no rice, no sauce. Yesterday I wasn't hungry at all - I nibbled on eggs in the morning, lunch meat in the afternoon and finished the day with a shake. All in all - I hit the 60g of protein minimum both days.
My main confession is that on Saturday I hardly drank a thing. I had a sip of water in the morning. Sipped a bit on the ride back to The Boy's place and then had a bottle of water in the evening - NOT ENOUGH.
I tried to catch up yesterday, but the damage was done. My calves feel like they are on fire....(they cramp when I don't drink enough) - while they aren't cramping today - they feel like I've pulled the muslces or something - very stiff. Must get more water in today!
The plan for today:
B: Pro-complex 1 scoop w/ 8oz skim milk (30g)
S: 1oz cheese w/ multi grain crackers (8g)
L: low carb lean cuisine (15g)
S: Not sure - I think the milk in the fridge here at work has gone bad. If it hasn't I'll have CIB w/ skim milk..if it HAS..I'll have 1oz peanuts. so either 15g or 7g depending.
D: ...my bridal shower is tonight at 7pm. I know I have a friend (who had WLS 3 years ago) coming - and she is bringing lunchmeat or cheese....I am sure there will be other things to nibble on to get me to my protein requirement for the day.
Water: Doing well so far, 16 oz down...plenty more to go.
Excercise: I have my pedometer on and sneakers in the car. I'm not going to the gym tonight due to the shower, but I'm planning on a good walk at lunch time.

D: Beef Stroganoff - going for 2 ounces - 6g +/-

HAD A GREAT WALK ON SATURDAY, 2.1 MILES, THE DAY WAS BEAUTIFUL, 74 DEGREES W/ A SLIGHT BREEZE.
YESTERDAY HAD A 1 EGG OMLET W/ SAUTED ONIONS AND TOMATOES W/ LOW FAT/LOW SODIUM SWISS CHEESE. COULD ONLY EAT HALF. DID ANOTHER 2.1 MILE WALK THEN CAME HOME AND PLANTED 18 CONFEDERATE JASMINE AND DID A LITTLE RAKING IN THE GARDEN.
TODAY
B: 2/3 CUP KELLOGG'S SPECIAL K PROTEIN CEREAL W/ HANDFUL OF RASINS AND 2/3 CUP OF 1% MILK.
L: 5 SMALL PIECES OF GRILLED CHICKEN
D: STOFFERS LASAGNA, ATE MOSTLY CHEESE, MEAT AND SAUCE, ONLY ATE ABOUT 1/8 OF THE NOODLES
33.8 oz OF FLUID SO FAR. NEVER DO GOOD W/ THE FLUID ON MY DAYS OFF.
S: 4oz LOW FAT COTTAGE CHEESE W/ MIXED FRUIT W/ SPLENDA.
MIGHT TRY TO GET IN A PROTEIN SHAKE W/ 1% MILK BEFORE GOING TO BED.
EXCERCISE: DIDN'T DO MUCH TODAY EXCEPT WALK AROUND WALMART AND SPENT ALOT OF MONEY.
