I just need to know!

I haven't lost a single pound in the last 3 weeks! I'm able to get all my portein in and still walk almost every day! But I can't seem to move from this point! I really wanted to be at minus 100lbs by Easter! But I'm sure that's not going to happen now! I still have 12lbs to go! How bout the rest of you how are you doing! I'm 5'8", started at 327. Now I'm at 238 most days. I'm frustrated!

Hi there!! I had almost the same thing happen to me recently. I did manage to lose a total of 2 pounds over 3 weeks....BUT....and this is the good part....I lost almost 2 inches off my waist and a little over 2 inches on my ribs (just under my breasts)..... So, if you haven't yet, pull out your tape measure and check to see how many inches have just fallen off your body! I've noticed that when I don't lose weight, I'm losing inches. Makes it much easier to tolerate the scale being stuck. Just keep doing what you are doing and the weight will start moving again soon. Susan

I have lost hardly anything this last 4 weeks.. Maybe 1.5 lbs.. I have been very discouraged. However, this happened to me in January. Didnt lose anything.. not 1 pound for 3.5 weeks.. then it came off like a 1 lbs a day for 10 days.. Now I am just sitting here.. Waiting...... I know it will start coming off again.. I just have to wait.. I am so pleased with where I am now I wouldnt mind if I stayed at the weight I am at.. I dont think that is going to happen.. Skinny is where I will be.. lol.. sounds funny to say I will be skinny soon.. hee heeee.. Anyways. hang in there!~ It will happen.. Luvs and Hugs! Tiff

Well first of all SHEESH GIRL be happy with your loss! I mean look how far you have come in such a short time period!! Then you might give your NUT a call to go over what you are eating. There might be some simple tweaks to help with taking off those 12lbs. Lastly change up your work outs. Some times a little shake up in the routine gets the body to start shedding a bit faster. Thank You all for you help! Nice to know I'm not alone in this! I know I've lost a lot, but I'm afraid this mightbe it! Gotta say I have met a few people who only lost the first couple of months and then stopped! I don't want to be one of them!
