I'm here too! I try to get in here more often but life has been crazy lately!!! I am reading threads but not responding often....sorry. update on me.. I have lost 104lbs wahoooooooo No more high bp, acid reflux, or sleep apnea!!! Gawd its good to sleep without the stupid c-pap!!! Tonight and tomorrow I am cooking for a party I am co-hosting with a friend on Sunday...a lia sophia jewelry party. Such nice stuff and a great excuse to have an afternoon out with the girls! I plan to treat myself to something pretty to mark my century loss! Hope everyone is well and that you have a great weekend!

Hi Pat...Have you checked you blood pressure lately?? Last week I had a witch of a headache that would not leave me no matter what I took...I took my bp and omg it was sky high!!!! So I had to start taking my bp pills again to get it back down. I am fine now and am keeping a close watch on the bp!!! Hope yours is ok!!! Hugs Judy

hi judy, my bp was checked about a month ago and it was fine. i did stop (not on my own, i was told to) all of my bp meds after surgery. that is a good thought though and i have a cuff here. i think i will go and get it and check it out. thanks... it hurts so badly that i'm not thinking straight, and didn't think of that when i should have. i'll let you know what it is when i find the cuff... that might take a week, i haven't seen it in a long, long time. thanks again, patricia p.s. if i don't come back within a coulple of days, call 911 because i am lost somewhere in my office that has become a storage/junk room. lol.

oh my god, i found it the first place that i looked for it... that's enough to raise my blood pressure from shear excitement of accually knowing where something is in my house!!! it was a little high... 131 over 84. but nothing that i think would be causing such a headache. the fiorianal has helped some. it took away the edge. my pcp said to let her know on monday if it persists. thanks for your concern, i really appreciate it. patricia

Ok you keep an eye on that bp!!! Mine was down and I went off my meds also and then for some reason it came back up. You are on meds now for pain so make sure to take that bp and make sure its ok...Hope you feel better soon!! Hugs Judy

Another day of running around for me today. I got up at like 8:15 and got my shower and got Megan ready and we left to go pick Nate up from Pre-K. I am *trying* to find a new spring coat, as mine are all 3X and I'm swimming in them. I went to a consignment store before I had to pick up Nate, but there wasn't anything nice in there. I then went to the school. Picked up Nate and a friend of the family's daughter that we watch on Fridays. We went to the Mall so I could check out a couple of stores for jackets and they wanted to eat at the food court. Well...turns out it was Ag Days (Agricultural) at the mall. They had a petting zoo and a little pool and slide with baby ducks. They were taking pictures of kids with Bunnies, lots of tractors to look at AND a mall-wide bake sale. We got to the Mall at 11:30 and other than eating, walked around the mall until 3:30. I broke down and bought a Gob (chocolate cookies with white icing in the middle) It was oh, so yummy!! Now I have to wake up early tomorrow to do the treadmill to work it off. Unless all of the walking in the mall did the trick. I was good for lunch and had a piece of chicken and for dinner had cottage cheese and peaches. Not too bad of a day, all in all. The kids had a blast and are ALL exhausted. Oh, I'm exhausted, too. Can't wait until bedtime. I wanted to go to Target tonight to see what kind of Jackets they have, but might wait until tomorrow. Dave and I are having a Date Night tomorrow and leaving the kids at his parents for the night. I can't wait. Sorry I wasn't around to play!!! Catcha later!!! Hugs, Tabby

Hey Tabby, I went shopping yesterday at T.J.Max and found a real pretty spring jacket. It is two tone pink and my husband said..."people will be able to defintely see you coming in that!!" lol I love pink...I am a girl right??? It is a Columbia Sportswear Co. It had on the price tag $50.00 and I got it for $24.99. I usually can't find anything in that store but was sooo happy when I found this jacket...and it is waterproof too!! I really needed that because working at Wal-Mart and having to park clear up in the upper parking lot I needed a lightweigh****erproof jacket. Good luck on your jacket hunting!!! Lisa S

Wow what a fun day Tabby!!!!! Glad you had a great time out at the mall with the kids!! The duck slide sounds super adorable! Bet they all had so much fun watching! Good luck finding a jacket. Ya know, I think I probably need one too. That's one of the few things I didn't keep as I was gaining weight and continually planning to lose it. LOL Susan
