It's really there!
For awhile now, I've been feeling it...but now I can actually see it...my collarbone!
Also, I can feel the muscles in my legs. Nice and hard. I haven't felt these in years and it's so wonderful...I wouldn't have thought my body was this open to repair.
I think the swimming is making a real difference. I have only one lesson left, but I'm comfortable enough now to swim laps and keep building up on my own. And, once I start a new job, I can always take more.
Also, I want to start yoga. I'd thought I would wait until I lost more weight, not sure what positions I could manage yet, but I ran into a woman in the locker room yesterday. I heard her telling someone that she'll be 79 years old soon. When she and I got talking, she mentioned that she teaches classes there Turns out, she teaches yoga! And she said that there might be a move or two I won't be able to do yet, but, otherwise, I'll be fine. I'm going to take the class from her, because...man, what an inspiration!
