For awhile now, I've been feeling it...but now I can actually see it...my collarbone! Also, I can feel the muscles in my legs. Nice and hard. I haven't felt these in years and it's so wonderful...I wouldn't have thought my body was this open to repair. I think the swimming is making a real difference. I have only one lesson left, but I'm comfortable enough now to swim laps and keep building up on my own. And, once I start a new job, I can always take more. Also, I want to start yoga. I'd thought I would wait until I lost more weight, not sure what positions I could manage yet, but I ran into a woman in the locker room yesterday. I heard her telling someone that she'll be 79 years old soon. When she and I got talking, she mentioned that she teaches classes there Turns out, she teaches yoga! And she said that there might be a move or two I won't be able to do yet, but, otherwise, I'll be fine. I'm going to take the class from her, because...man, what an inspiration! Lisa

Wooo hoooo Lisa!!! Isn't it nice to find those body parts and bones you haven't seen in a long time?? Keep up that swimming girl. Sounds like it's really helping! Hope you enjoy the yoga classes. That lady sounds so wonderful!!!! *hugs* Susan

Hi Lisa - that's fabulous! You go to the gym up at Krewstown Shopping Center, right? What was the woman's name? My friend goes there for yoga classes, and is friends with the teacher.

That is so cool. If you start yoga you will be a hard body in no time. Tara

Thanks, Everyone, for responding Michelle, I go to the Aquatic and Fitness Center on Grant Ave, about half way between Frankford and Academy. (I used to take two buses, the second of which runs very poorly, or take a cab...now, I take the one bus and walk up from Frankford )
