Keeping on the Wagon - Wednesday

Ok, poor planning on my part - was running late this morning and didn't mix up a shake. I was positive I had Carnation Instant Breakfast at work (I was wrong). I scrounged around my stock and have a tentative plan. The fact that I'm staying at my own apartment tonight ( to get some packing done) makes it even tougher - there is no food there. B: Light string cheese (9g) and 1oz peanuts (7g) =16g S: Crave Control yogurt = 7g L: LC w/ beef and broccoli = 15g S: 1/2 atkins bar = 10g D: will have to be Wendy's Chili - I think thats the only option I have at this point, I know the frozen Lean Cuisines I have at my place are Pre surgery - which means they are carb laden. I may go out to the grocery store at lunchtime today to restock on a few things to keep here at work for instances such as this. Fluids: I plan on just pouring them down as much as I can. My usual goal of 32oz pre lunch, 32oz more after lunch...before leaving work, 32oz. more after leaving work....all plain water. Excercise: Ain't gonna happen today - I do have the pedometer strapped in place. Confessions: Nothing beyond a small hershey's minature Special Dark - I gave in to tempation yesterday - it's TOTM you know how it goes. To think, that's the worst of my confessions? 5 months ago - I would have eaten the whole bag of miniatures!

The Plan: B: Coffee w/ fat free half n half & 4 oz cottage cheese S: 1/2 New Whey 42g w/ 16 ounces of water L: 3.5 oz avocado w/ roasted red sweet peppers S: 1 oz Havarti Dill Cheese with basil and sun dried tomatoes D: Crock Pot Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry (shooting for 2 ounces ) S:Pro Complex Shake with 4oz Hoods 2% & 4oz of plain water Calories: 756 Fat: 35g ( only 6 from sat fat) Carbs: 20g Fiber: 6g Net Carbs: 14g Protein: 91g Fluids: pffffffffttt who knows.. Workout: don't hold your breath Confessions: nada
