Keepin on the wagon - Friday
2 days ago it was 79 degrees here in Southeast PA, today - it's snowing and sleeting. UGH.
Todays Plan:
B: Instant Breakfast w/ extra skim milk : 15g
S: yougurt w/ whole grain cereal added: 9g
L: Chicken w/ low fat cheese sauce and veggies: 22g
S: 1/2 protein bar: 10g
D: Chili w/ beans and low fat cheese 20g
S: NSA fudge bar : 4g
Total: 80
Final confessions from yesterday:
I stuck to the plan mostly - even though I didn't have exactly what I planned for lunch - I had the same amount of protein etc.
My big confession is: I had 1 Hershey's Special Dark Miniature. No big deal I know. I do enjoy how 1 a week more that satifsfies my hunger craving ..and that 1 piece takes me longer to eat that it would have taken me to eat a whole king sized bar pre surgery.

Talk about CRAZY weather!!! You guys are definitely having it! Hope the snow and sleet don't last long and you can get back to Springtime weather.
As for my plan, I don't have one. I just log everything into Fitday as the day goes along and try to make good choices at each meal/snack as needed. So far it's been working. I'm sure if I was working that I would have to do much more planning.
