Seafood Salad Recipe
I went to a family dinner yesterday in honor of Dave's cousin that died last week. I was trying to eat high protein foods and someone had made this seafood salad. It was SOOOOOO yummy I had to hunt down who made it and get the recipe. They had takeout containers and I told Dave to get me some to bring home. I had it again for dinner last night. Sounds very easy to make. The "dressing" kindof liquified and rested at the bottom, so there was not a lot of sour cream/mayo on the seafood, so it was probably pretty low cal, too. Very tasty, I had to share. Would be a great thing to take to a potluck, so you know there is something yummy for you to eat, too.

I'm heading to Walmart to get the ingredients to make this tonight to eat on the next couple of days. YUMMO!!!
