Here I go... I'm going to post my "plan" for the day and then fess up tonight as to how closely I stuck to it. Today: B - EAS Coffee House shake (15g) S - Light String Cheese and multi grain crackers(10g) L - Another EAS shake (higher protein..different "kind") (25g) S - CIB w/ skim milk and protein (15g) D - Chili w/ cheese (15g) 80g liquids (besides all the shakes etc) - 32 pre lunch, 32 post lunch (while at work), 32 post work and pre bed. (all plain water today) Excercise - Lunch time walk (approx 1mile in 20min) and 1 hour of water aerobics Confessions from yesterday: Ok, Ok, I skipped the gym (though I did do my lunchtime walk, so I wasn't a total slug and clocked a total of 6,000 steps for the day! Instead of going to the gym I: Was home by 8pm! so... I cooked dinner, so instead of heating up a can of chili the boy and I enjoyed: lean porkchops with a balsamic glaze (Bobby Flay used a balsamic glaze on some meatloaf this weekend....it inspired me), and greenbeans...a much healthier choice and a LOT higher in protein. I cleaned out 2 closets and bagged up a ton of clothes for Goodwill and started to switch over to the smaller sizes I had stored for spring. I scrubbed the stove after dinner and The Boy scrubbed the bathroom (it's sparkling..mostly) and hung a new towel rack and hook. Our Fly Ladies should be proud of me (well us).

Yeah, honesty the liquids was becaue there was no freakin food in the house! (ha!). I had one leftover porkchop from last night which I left home for The Boy to have for dinner tonight and some chili. I sovled the problem by skipping my lunchtime walk and heading to the grocery store instead...so lets see the new menu: B: still the coffee shake (15g) S: light string cheese and whole grain crackers (10g) L: Smart One creamy parm chicken and veggies (22g) S: soy nuts (ooooo these are yum) (13g) w/CIB and skim milk (1/2 hour later though...my version of "chocolate milk") (15g) D: I will finally eat the rest of that container of chili and add some light cheese (15g) There....real food But...I really do need to cook, before the weekend gets here too. And not just a couple of porkchops, I mean COOK. (sigh, I have no idea when I will get to it).

(I admire you for being able to eat chili LMAOO I am still so burned out from it that I think it will be years before I can eat it willingly again LMAOO ) Well...I had a hankerin' for MY chili on Sunday night (also a "no food in the house day" and I had been exsisting on shakes)....but I didn't have onions etc, and was coming home from kiddie choir, so I stopped at the local min-market/deli (called WaWa) they usually have good chili, but they didn't have any Sunday. I bought a container of the Cambells "steakhouse"variety. Soooo not the same, but it had the beans (I've been trying to "up" my "good carbs w/ fiber") and plenty of tomatoey goodness. I had a 1/2 cup serving (the containers just under 2 cups it says) and added cheese and some Franks hot sauce etc to try to doctor it up. The rest is still sitting in the fridge calling out "eat me, eat me, don't throw me away!" I'm going to make MY chili these week if I get a chance, more protein, better ingredients, and sooo much better tasting. I would never EVER get tired of eating my chili.
