Got a new pic of me, too!!!

This Friday I am getting together with some of my girlfriends that I have not seen since Dec. 29th. We try to get together once a month, but with the weather and everyones scheduled, we have missed the past two months. I really wanted to look good for our girls night, so today I had a hair appointment and got my hair cut and highlighted. I like the way it turned out. I also had my sister wax my brows last week...they needed it BAAAAADDDD!!! I have also been using Crest Whitestrips on my teeth. Hopefully they will see a big difference in my appearance from the last time they saw me. I'm sooooooo looking forward to going out!!! I went to a funeral today for one of my husbands cousin's husbands who died of cancer and lung disease last week. Dave's whole family was commenting about how great and different I looked and that if they had run into me on the street without Dave they wouldn't have know who I was. I liked hearing that. I didn't know that they all knew I had the surgery. I think they are probably one of those families that when one hears it, it spreads like wildfire. Of course none of them knew he had the surgery, so they didn't ask him anything about how he was feeling. Just wanted to let you know I updated my pics and wondered if anyone else has been paying more attention to their appearance these days, too? Oh...I've also purchased some anti-aging Oil of Olay moisturizer and wrinkle relief hand cream, to help out with the way my skin looks aged. Hopefully it starts helping, too. I really notice a difference in how I feel when I am up and ready to greet the world vs. when I am ready to greet the garbage man! Sorry to hear about the funeral. YOU LOOK GORGEOUS!!! I am definitely paying more attention to my appearance these days! My daughter is 17, and she is taking cosmetology at our local Vo-Tech school. She wanted me to try something different with my hair and try to let it grow out a little, I did pretty well for a couple of months, but am at the point that it is driving me crazy so I have a hair cut appt this afternoon after work!! i hope you have a great time out with your friends!!!!!! Tabby You look FABULOUS!!!!! You are so beautiful!!! love the hair, too!!! I've started wearing makeup more often, and jewelry! that and my new clothes really make me feel good about myself.
