In the past 5 months, I've lost...

10" in my hips 12.5" in my waist 3" in my neck (ps - I have a neck now!) 10" in my chest (and much of the girls!) 5.5" on my upper arms 2" on my wrist and 5 clothing sizes! After having a hard time seeing the results for myself, seeing the before/after numbers and pictures (finally!) have helped me see the results. I've posted pictures on my profile. Felicia, how do I save my picture that you see on my posts?

WOW Michelle....you are looking fantastic! YAY!! Way to go!! The pictures help sooooo much! I would be lost without the before and after. Without them I still would see no difference.
