Getting back on the wagon suggestion.

I know accountability is a big thing for me. It's one thing to post what I have eaten, or plan to eat on fit day. It's totally another thing for me to come out to the "board" and confess what I did or did not do for the day. This is why I like the idea of posting my menu and liquids etc. for the day...even if it was a bad day (like today). Sort of helps me, if I know I'm going to have to tell someone...my nutritional decisions become more calcuated. Anyone else feel the same way. So here it goes. Today I planned: 1 shake - 15g snack: light string cheese - 9g lc beef tips and broccoli - 15g 1 shake - 16g (pre workout) 1/2 protein bar - 10g chili w/ beans (cuz apparently some carbs are good again - thanks Lisa!) and light cheese - 15g (total approx. 80g...which I'm trying to hit now that the hair is coming out by the handfuls...can't have a bald bride). What I've actually had: light string cheese (9). (had to hit the ground running at work this morning, thanks to sucky time change issues - no time to put my shake together) lc beef tips (15g) OOPS: 1 Hershy Dark miniature (broken into pieces and allowed to melt on my tounge - took 45 min. to finish but ooooo did it relive the stress). 1 shake (15g) It's already almost 5 - I may try to get the 1/2 of the protein bar in, but I really DON"T feel like it) (10g) still planning on the chili (15g) Not the 80g - but at least I may hit the 60 mark. Liquids...bad bad bad. I spent the morning on the phone with our IT department trying to get some issues straightened out. At about 10 I finally told them I had to step away from my desk and get a drink. From that point on I did manage about 40oz, but no where near where I should be pre-workout. Excercise - Did a mile at lunch time and will do 30min. on the treadmill tonight and some ab work, but not much..today took a lot out of me.

Count me in! Coffee w/ Low Fat Half & Half 16 oz of water with half a New Whey 42 added in, makes the best koolaide ( 21 g ) 1/2 Benetino's Smoked Mozzarella with Artichokes & Garlic Chicken/Turkey Sausage ( 9 g ) 2.5 ounces Muenster cheese ( 18 g ) 2 ounces Extra Firm Tofu ( 4 g ) 1/2 cup give or take burnt Brussels sprouts ( 2 g ) I am not sure whats for dinner... Pro Complex Shake w/ Hoods 2% Milk, they are out of FF STILL! GRRR ( 35 g) Without dinner: Calories :646 Fat: 27 Sat Fat: 14 Carbs: 17 Fiber: 3 Protein: 89 Fluids so far: 68 ounces Exercise: 15 mins on the Gazelle

Today I had: B. SF CIB 1% MILK 1 SCOOP PROTEIN L. COTTAGE CHEESE S. BEAN SOUP S. RAISINS, PISTACHIOS 60 OUNCES WATER WALKED AROUND THE HARDWARE STORE
