Anyone else just flopped right off the...
I am guilty as well. I haven't worked out in over a week due to not feeling well and now wont be able to work out for awhile until after I recoup for surgery this coming Thursday. At this point there is no way I could even do cardio as I feel like crap and have little or no energy. I can't eat much as I feel terrible when I do. I have been getting in my protein shakes but that's about all.
I have never really kept track of my intake on paper I just know what I have to do daily with my protein. My dr doesn't allow us to count protein unless it from shakes and the same with my water intake we only coun****er.
Wishing everyone a better week.

dont worry, you will get back on track. all that planning is a bit boring and obsessive, enjoy life while you can!
i feel that instead of keeping me on track, a pre-list will just make me feel like a failure if i dont manage to do everything on it. then i will be forced to find a plastic picnic knife and try to cut my wrists, lol
i have to admit i have never really been on-track with my protein. some days i only get in a few grams. i try to top it up in the evenings with beef jerky. i think i have reached angel status when i manage to drink 4 normal sized glasses of water
i go to the gym regularly (+- 6 x week) whether i want to or not. i notice i get some brain tiredness (weird, i know) when i dont have my carbs before and after i exercise so i am very deligent with preventing that.
i take my vitamins regularly. in fact, i have added CELLFOOD.
i try not to get too caught up in the numbers. i have been diagnosed with OCB in the past so i turn my back on being too deligent and try not to sweat the small stuff
See I am just the opposite. I am at my strongest when I am in charge of my lists lol. When I am tracking, and counting, and preparing... I feel more like a failure now for falling off the plan wagon then I ever did with not completing a list.
Its great that you can not get caught up in the numbers!! Sounds like you are right on track!!!

Ok, now I don't feel so bad. I never count anything. My Dr. always recommends various foods to me that are high in protein. I try to eat those foods. I have no problem drinking the water. Haven't had a protein shake in over a month. I guess I'm trying to figure out how to eat as close as possible to normal. I going to excersise more, and make sure I get my vitamins in daily. I guess I should do better. Send me some of the things that you all do on your daily plan.

HEY, FELICIA,
I NEED TO JOIN THE WAGON TRAIN.
SHOULD WE CIRCLE THE WAGONS AND PREPARE FOR AN ATTACK?
I'VE NEVER BEEN GOOD AT TRACKING ON FITDAY OR ANY OTHER PROGRAM. I HAVE GOOD INTENTIONS BUT AM BAD AT COMMITING.
I DO REALLY GOOD W/ MY FLUID INTAKE AT WORK BUT WHEN I'M HOME IT GOES DOWN HILL.
I BELIEVE I'M DOING GOOD W/ MY PROTEIN INTACK W/O THE SHACKS OR THE BARS.
MY EXERCISE IS JUST ABOUT NON-EXISTANT. I TRY TO WALK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BUT THE HEART ISN'T IN IT. DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG.
SEEMS AS IF WE'RE ALL IN THE SAME BOAT.
