Can you believe how we once drank coke - or other sodas - all the time? What was that doing to our bodies????? I think I'm going to recommitt to having my family drink less sodas again. We were doing really well with it for a while and then I got lazy and started buying them again. Well, NO MORE!!!! I'll send them to this post when they ask why.
Susan
HOLY COW! I have passed it on to all my coworkers and we are in awe over it.
I dont buy soda anymore since surgery for my house at all........only choices to drink are low fat milk, water, apple juice and orange juice ( I only drink the first two )
I am going to try one of the examples with my kids to back up why I wont buy it anymore.
I swear when I had surgery it made Coca-Cola's stock drop LOL
