Fluids! Are you floating yet???
I'm not getting enough fluids lately. I'm finding the eating/drinking/getting enough/taking it in slowly balance very difficult. I've been hungry lately and that's got to be because of not getting enough liquids and proteins. I've been craving salt a lot and have no idea where that's coming from.
I'm meeting with my nutrtionist tomorrow, to go over everything I'm doing and to get some advice. I keep hearing the 'stall' is normal, but I want to make sure I am doing everything I should be doing. Since turning my focus so much to my job search, I may well have lost some of my weight loss focus and need to correct that NOW.

Ok so I know I'm a day late again.
Actually, drinking is easier at my new job. Why? Because I'm in a training class from 9am-5pm, with a 1hour lunch. I try to get in the following:
9am - start my 14oz decaf, usually can fini**** up by 10 or 1030.
11 - 16oz snapple, diet cran/rasp very good, usually finish up by 1pm
lunch is 1:30-2:30, I can start drinking again at 3pm
3pm - 8oz crystal lite
4pm - 16 oz snapple, yum-o
Depending on dinner, I usually start drinking again around 7pm.
7pm - 16oz beverage, crystal lite, snapple, whatever I can get down.
So that for today is: 70oz. Wow. That's not as bad as I thought. (Just added it up for the first time in 2 weeks)
So, I'm working on it, and pee-ing like a racehorse. My trainer laughed at me because every hour i have to go pee lol.
