I had a WOW day!!!!
OK first off my husband got up this morning and remembered that I needed to go to the Vitamin Shoppe to get more protein shakes. I thought as usual it will be a quick trip to the closest one in Winchester and then he would want to come home. Guess what....we made a full day of it just about!!! I was shocked!!! I love getting out of the county and going places once in awhile. We went to eat at Arby's...I got the Southwestern Chicken wrap...could only eat half of it. Then we scanned all of Northern Virginia going to the Thrift Stores. He works down in that area and knows where just about all of them are. I was looking for some new clothes to wear, well, not new but you know what I mean. I love lounge pants for when I am at home and found a pair of them and bought a "large" not an XL or even a XXL...a LARGE!!!! I did not try them on first but thought they would fit well. All of my PJ bottoms look like I am about to fly away in them...lol. Most of them are 22/24 so you could imagine since I was able to by a large how big they were on me. I know they came from Wal-Mart because we had them about a year ago. Purple plaid...only .99 verses about $10 in the store. I went to another store and found a blue demin dress....guess what size I was able to get???? 16!!!! Yes, a 16...hot digity damn!!! I haven't been in a 16 dress for...well, I can't remember but it has been serveral years!!! I tried it on and hubby liked it so for $3.98 I got a new dress 
I am tickled to death to say the least!
I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and got my protein shakes and found the Protein Delite that I read someone mentioned on here a few days ago...it may have been Felicia??? I can't remember but I bought the banana yougart flavored...I will let you know how good it is after I try it. They didn't have any of the banana WorldWide Pure Protein in a can so I had to get the choc. instead and Patt (hubby) had them to order me 2 cases because he knows how much I love the banana flavored. He will go by probably late next week and pick it up for me before he comes home from work. After we left the Vitamin Shoppe he asked if I wanted to go home and I told him that I have not gotten in all my walking that I wanted today so we went to FairOaks Mall and walked the whole darn thing. I could have made it around again but we needed to get home to the dogs...they were busting to go outside when we got home.
Well, this was my day and it was a wonderful one. I still can't believe that I bought a size 16 dress...whooohoooo 
So in other words ladies, I did not get one single thing done here at home. Maybe tomorrow????

I had a pretty decent day also. I actually got up out of bed and dressed. That has been a real struggle for me the past couple of weeks. I forced myself to get up and go to work, but if I had no where to go... I didn't.
I also went in my back yard and started to tackle the bombs left by my son's dog. I raked them up for him to remove. I hope he takes care of it today. I keep reminding him that he needs to make some time to take care of his dog. She is a real sweetie, and I like having her here.
Then I cleaned my car. It is clean inside and out. I cleaned the windows so I can see through them now. Took the car and got an oil change- Jiffy Lube vacuums for you. Then I went to the car wash. My friend washed the car while I sat inside staying warm. It was such a nice warm morning til the wind kicked up. Anyway, my car is now looking somewhat less like a carrier for a salt solution and the dump.
Now I need to get the motivation to clean the house. I will try to do that today.
Lisa that is an awesome WOW day!! That is just aweosme!!! YAY!!!! I agree you had a day for you!!!! Let us know how the protein delite goes! I am addicted to the pro-complex chocolate but hubby LOVES banana stuff so you have peaked my interest!
