Just as I thought!!!
I got up this morning and the scale was back to 198 I knew this would happen. So today since we didn't get the rain that we were calling for I am going to get out and walk my butt off!!!! If hubby wants to go...fine...if not then I am going by myself and I am not going to stop until my legs fall off

Gee, if your legs fall off you will really be down the weight No, we all know exactly where you are coming from with the ups and downs with the weight. I have found though that after an increase usually a good loss comes, so just hang in there. But do enjoy your walk today if the weather is nice. I can't wait for it to get nice here so that I can give walking outside a shot. I haven't done that yet since surgery and am looking forward to it. Even walking with Joe in the evenings will be good for both of us. He used to ask me to go for walks and I just couldn't do it. Now I will be asking him to go. Can't wait. Have a good one today......Gay
Thanks Gay!!! I hope to have a good day. I have so much that needs to be done around the house here but I am getting the "Spring Itch" and can't wait to get outside!!! I am waiting for it to warm up a little before I go and seeing if Patt my hubby is ever going to get up and enjoy the day with me. He said yesterday that he didn't feel well and when I got home from work last night he was already asleep at little after 9pm. I am sitting here drinking my coffee and enjoying the message board for the moment. I need to fix me something to eat and take my lovely ****tail of vitamins and my happy pill (Lexapro) and drink a protein shake, after that I will be ready to roll!!!
Hope you have a wonderful day as well

Alright there Lisa *pointed finger shaking at you* I am headed to your house right now to take your scale away from you. You have SO got to stop weighing in every day. The stress is going to kill you off!! And having limbs fall off is not a proper diet plan!!! *hugs* Quit stressing over the scale girl. Raising your blood pressure makes you retain water! ( Ok so I dont know that for a fact but it cant be a good thing lol )
*huggles*

Lisa,
I do believe it is time to take our scales and beat them up!!! More people seem to be mentioning a stall and frustration. Maybe our bodies are playing ' catch up'?
I was not too happy with my loss last month but the tape measure was once again my BEST FRIEND. Comparing weight loss and inches lost, I see a pattern: if the weight doesn't move very much, the inches are slipping away. The scale and the tape measure never coincide. One is always ahead of the other. Very frustrating.

OK Lisa I am with Felicia...stop doing that to yourself! You are gonna have a whole mees of Oct babies out there taking that scale away from you if you don;t stop OK and the walking thing good....but um thinking when the legs fall off .... well maybe just swtop right before then that usually works best...not sure why but I was just thinkin that keepin the legs might be a good idea! We love ya....STOP IT NOW!!!!!!! I may not be a Mom yet but I have been a nanny for many many years and I can shake a finger at ya just like Felicia so you better stop or the wind is gonna knock ya over before you ever get out the door.
Ok so the humor is a little dry this morning....sowwy...early flight...early morning...
Big hugs,
Melissa
Hi there Lisa!!! Sorry the scale was not your friend today...but you know how it goes. Don't get frustrated. Just borrow the my steel toed boots and kick the heck out of that scale till it behaves itself!!
As for walking....GREAT!!! But, I'd stop before your legs fall off....you might need them to get back home! Plus, wouldn't it be hard to exercise later? I'm not sure rolling will be as effective... Just thinking about it though does make me
Take care sweetie and don't weigh for a few days!!! Stressing yourself out over it is not good for you! BTW, have you measured lately? I have been stuck for 1.5 weeks on the scale, but I've lost almost 3/4 inch on my waist alone!!!! Woooo hoooo!!!! Love that measuring tape... LOL
Love ya!
Susan
