OK I know I am behind but did not see the puter again after I left work till late last night. Then it was off to la la land for me
ok have not plugged into fitday so here is the brief summary:

L: 1oz left over chicken breast over some lettuce...only got the chicken down

D: YUMO!! Got to go out for the bday! Had a few bites of a yummy white bean soup..had fresh basil and lots of fresh tomatoes in it! Then had 1/2 avocado with a mixture of lump crab meat and tiny shrimp in a remulade sauce on top. Was Delish! Ate a little too much of that one...OOPS! But all was ok and we haev TONS of left overs that we brought home. I have well basically the whole bowl of soup...they were so nice and put it in a container for me to take home and then another 1/2 avodaco with the toppings...LOL they got a kick out if it as it was supposed to be an appetizer!
So proud was not even tempted by desert. I had my mind set that if I wanted I would get it. Was not going to deprive on the bday but I was very full and just had no desire for it so we just came home.

B: "Spaghetti Sauce" (ground turkey w/ diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, peppers and onions and lots of yummy herbs and seasonings. Sprinkled with low fat cheese.
S: EAS low carb coffee house RTD shake (my last one ..so sad)
L: South Beach Kung Pau Chicken (meat portion only and couldnt' fini****)

The pedometer measured a measly 2,064 steps at the end of the day - I am shooting for 3,000 today, maybe more, I have my sneakers so I may take a noontime walk.
1 hour water aerobics at the gym...since Greys Anatomy was a rerun I didn't "rush" home and stayed and did a little core training as well.
