B: Decaf Coffee w/ Low Fat Half n Half S: Pro Complex Chocolate Shake with Hoods Fat Free Milk L: Avocado, Roasted Red Sweet Pepper, Basil, Havarti Dill Cheese Salad with Balsamic Vinegar S: 1/2 ounce Havarti Dill Cheese with Roasted Red Sweet Pepper and a Basil leaf D: Homemade Chicken Stoop (as Rachel Ray would say not soup) - I am so loving my slow cooker lol S: Pro Complex Chocolate Shake with Hoods Fat Free Milk 88 ounces of fluids - doesn't count broth from soup drank lots lol 95 grams of protein 786 calories 24 net carbs 15 mins on the gazelle 15 mins walk away the pounds ( 1 mile ) 10 mins light weights *huggles* Felicia =0)

Well your doing great girl , B. Provalone cheez 3 slices L. ham and cheez roll up D. crabmeat wonton and 2 shrimps Lots of water and crystal light.. Walk 1 hour Thats all today i had to take the kiddos to the doctor and had a support program meeting , not easy when you got to work and cook at the same time take care of the phone the fax and the kids... OK I know I am behind but did not see the puter again after I left work till late last night. Then it was off to la la land for me ok have not plugged into fitday so here is the brief summary: B: Hoods milk with Pro-complex Chocolate S: Lemon FF/ SF Yogurt L: 1oz left over chicken breast over some lettuce...only got the chicken down s: Hoods milk with Pro-Complex Chocolate D: YUMO!! Got to go out for the bday! Had a few bites of a yummy white bean soup..had fresh basil and lots of fresh tomatoes in it! Then had 1/2 avocado with a mixture of lump crab meat and tiny shrimp in a remulade sauce on top. Was Delish! Ate a little too much of that one...OOPS! But all was ok and we haev TONS of left overs that we brought home. I have well basically the whole bowl of soup...they were so nice and put it in a container for me to take home and then another 1/2 avodaco with the toppings...LOL they got a kick out if it as it was supposed to be an appetizer! So proud was not even tempted by desert. I had my mind set that if I wanted I would get it. Was not going to deprive on the bday but I was very full and just had no desire for it so we just came home. I hope everyone had a great day!

Sorry - posting the "day after" B: "Spaghetti Sauce" (ground turkey w/ diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, peppers and onions and lots of yummy herbs and seasonings. Sprinkled with low fat cheese. S: EAS low carb coffee house RTD shake (my last one ..so sad) L: South Beach Kung Pau Chicken (meat portion only and couldnt' fini****) S: 1/2 protein bar (atkins) D: light string cheese Total protein for the day: 74g Fluids: 72oz Excercise: The pedometer measured a measly 2,064 steps at the end of the day - I am shooting for 3,000 today, maybe more, I have my sneakers so I may take a noontime walk. 1 hour water aerobics at the gym...since Greys Anatomy was a rerun I didn't "rush" home and stayed and did a little core training as well.
