Something Yummy!
I bought a box of the new Fiber One chewy bars. I got the oats & peanut butter. They are really good! Easy to chew up.

What do you think about these figures??? Is it something that we should really have??? I know the carbs are pretty high but I was looking at the fiber because that is what I need. I have Benefiber but like to be able to eat the fiber in a meal. I had 2 salads yesterday....going to the bathroom this morning was a little easier...lol

Personal 2 cents? Simply put : ewwwww LOL
9 grams of sugar stopped me in my tracks followed up by the 28 grams of carbs and then as the final no way the only 3 grams of protein. Nope wouldn't be on my "plan" lol. But then my plan is probably different then yours so hey whats my opinion count for right!! *grin*

It is not the carbs that scare me awat from this one but all the sugar. Even with the fiber the carbs in the one bar are more than what I like to have all together in one day. The lettuce in the salads is a much better way to get the fiber in. I would try more of the benefiber if I were you. The sugar will slow your loss down big time! You are much better off with fiber from veggies...those are much better carbs too! I take benefiber or Metemucil along with colace each day and have very few problems. You just have to find the right combo for you. Like Felicia said that is just my 2 cents. I try to keep more strict though as I want this weight gone and now! I am sooo not a patient person. But if they work for you and you are not worried about the carbs and sugar then go for it. I know everyones plans are different. I know my nut says nothing with more than 5 grms of sugar and I only get that in my protein shake. Other than that no sugar!

I had a feeling you all would say that. After I ate one and got to looking at the facts on the back of the package it made me think differently. The sugar didn't bother me. I can't go much higher than that though or it will make me sick. I guess we all have different tolerances for sugar. They were good and I guess I will eat them but not buy anymore. There were only about 6 bars in the box and it will probably take me about a week to eat them. That shouldn't kill me I don't think????
