2 pounds gone...Yeah
Yay for the 2lbs gone. I hear you on the yo-you thing too.
I have made some observations about my own body.....I go through phases, rapid weightloss (up to a pound a day), then it slows....then I yo-yo for a week or more (up to a month)...when I'm yo-yoing...I tend to drop a size or two..when it is over...then bam, back to the rapid weightloss. I think it is our body adjusting to the weightloss, it takes some time to shift the remaining "bits" around and shrink itself before it is ready to drop more weight.
