Clothes Shopping.....

So, after starting my new job this week, and realizing that I only have 3 pairs of pants that won't slide off my hips, I decided I needed to get more pants for work. Digging through the piles of pants and jeans that I have had passed down to me, I find NOTHING! All Jeans. Can't wear jeans to work. So I decided to head over to the Salvation Army Thrift store. I find 2 pairs, but nothing fits. Big problem. I was trying on my OLD sizes lmfao. I didn't understand what was going on. So I tried on a few different sizes, and omg, I am in a 24 comfortably. Well, being the thrift store, I spent $5 on 2 pairs of dress slacks. Then headed up the street to go to Catherines. In my head, thinking, they'll definately have pants to fit me. WHOA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOLD ON!!!!!!!!!!! Let's check out K-MART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, can you actually believe it? I bought pants at K-Mart. I can tell you honestly, that I was never able to shop at K-Mart before. Ok, so maybe in grade school, but not in the last 15 years. I was simply in awe!! Not only did I find my size, they fit well, and were on CLEARANCE!!!!!!!! LOVE CLEARANCE!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very VERY HAPPY TODAY!!! If you can't tell. After 3 weeks of being stuck at 250, I am finally down 2 more lbs in just 2 days. I know that I am drinking more because I am stuck in a training room all day (for the next 9 weeks) and can have as much liquids in there as we need Ok, now i'm done. Sounds like me Molly. I have a job interview tomorrow and had to find something that fits and looks appropriate. I had the outfit but needed shoes. So off to Kmart I went. Found shoes that fit, shock,and then I decided to check out the clothes. I too found a pair of pants and a couple tops. The shock of being able to buy clothes off the rack is unreal. For me I would be lucky to get something that fit, didn't matter what it looked like, as long as it covered all of me, which was a lot to cover. Now things fit and I have to make decisions on what I want to get....Of course I feel nothing fits right on me now. When I covered with a tent before, that was fine, but now that I have a shape, things don't fit right. I feel like a pear....... I have lost in the shoulders, boobs and mid drift and then you come to the spare tire around the hips. So to fit around that, it is too big up top and to fit the top , it is snug around the bottom. Ugh. But I did find a few things for now. But the sales were so great there that if I do get this job I may take my girls with me to shop and get some more stuff. I don't want to get too much with the hopes of growing out of them soon. Take care......Gay

How exciting, Molly!!!! I bet you are so excited to get to shop at K-Mart. And to get such great deals on your pants, that's awesome. May you have continued success in clothes shopping. It's a great time to get some deals. I just got a pair of Levis two nights ago for $9!!! I was thrilled. Congrats on the 2lb loss, too.
