Ok we have all hit the point where its not dropping like we want it to and no matter if we want to or not we are going to have to break out the work out routines and get to moving to lose!! And no LOL house work and chasing your kids around all day doesn't count as a work out LOL. Anything you do out side the "norm" is your work out. If you are going to have to do it when your skinny it doesn't count as a work out when your not skinny *Grin*. (My 2 cents of course ) No excuses! If my wiggily giggily can get up and do it so can yours!! Lets move it to lose it!! So with that. Did you move to lose?!?! *huggles* Felicia =0) :: Here is what I have done today :: 15 mins WATP ( 1 mile ) 15 mins Gazelle

Come on, it is still early in the day......... I am lucky my fingers are moving at this point and the most productive moving I have done this morning has been my bowels But I will for sure be going on the treadmill in a bit. I know what you mean not losing what I wanted to and know I need to get more exercising in. I really want to get a video to work out with since I get mental blocks as to what I should do while doing my floor exercising. I do great getting the 2 miles in a day on the treadmill but I need to work other areas of my body. Wow, talk about an awakening experience. This weekend being up at David's Bridal and the entire place is full of mirrors. I was so discouraged by the time I left there. Never wanted to see another mirror my entire life after that........ Thanks for the pep talk and getting us all moving today. We need to keep moving, drinking the water and getting the protein in. The 3 keys to success at this point.........Have a good one......Gay

Excuse me Ms. Felicia....but the housework I'm doing IS exercise. Moving furniture to clean under and behind....etc. SOOOOOoooooooo not my normal routine of maintenance. Remember, I'm getting ready to put a house on the market. Since starting this heavy duty cleaning, I've been losing more weight that before!!! So there!!! However, once I get thru the initial cleaning and am "just maintaining" I do plan to get back into my full time exercise - my hour long walk and maybe, just maybe, the Billy Blanks video. BTW, Mr. Blanks is no longer sitting on top of my tv waiting. I decided it was time for him to get back in the cabinet with the other videos. No need to have him sit there and make me feel guilty. That's negativity and I don't need that!!! Congrats on getting back into your routine. You are doing great!! Love ya!! Susan

Actually, I don't have an extra 10 minutes to do it...unless I forego 10 minutes of my precious computer time in the AM. Here's my typical day: Up at 6:30, get the kids up, fix breakfast, take kids to school. Come home, fix my breakfast, hop on computer till 9-9:30. Start cleaning house. Stop for a 15 minute break at some point for a cup of coffee. Clean again till noon. Stop for 30 minutes to eat and relax. Clean again till 2:30 -3:00 depending on how much I have to do. Shower. Leave at 3:30 to get kids. Begin after school stuff - homework, preparing dinner, etc. Eat dinner. Have kids clean up, talk to hubby, get little ones ready for the next day (lay out clothes, etc) Send little ones to bed. Remind big ones it's their turn in the bathroom. Get on computer again - FINALLY... Relax. I don't exercise once everyone is home. Especially doing Billy Blanks tapes. I would kill someone with a round house kick!! lol Once I get the house show ready, I'll be back on my routine...till then, I'm getting LOTS of exercise cleaning...honestly!!! I'm seriously moving furniture, down on my hands and knees scrubbing, etc. It's quite a workout!! After I get the inside done, then I'm heading out doors to cultivate a BEAUTIFUL flower garden in my front yard for great curb appeal. To do that I'll be lifting and moving stones (border) and then filling in with top soil (we have nasty clay that you can't plant anything in - other than grass, lol) and then planting. Then I have to work on the back. It's in serious need of help. No treadmill or other exercise equipment owned at my house. Had a treadmill, but gave it away 2 years ago. Oops... lol Susan

For me I know it is a matter of being a creature of routine. I get up in the morning, take my shower and get my shake made and plop down here to write a letter to my girlfriend and then get in here to see what is going on with everyone. This is my motivation time and then I start in on the serious stuff of the day. The cleaning and the exercising. I too go back in the evening to exercise again as Joe is usually monoplolizing the TV or flipping channels around alot. Music too is always going and I seem to be always moving in some way to the beat anymore. Wow, thinking back to the days when I did not move at all, what a difference......

Oh man....those fast songs nearly kill me when I'm cleaning!! LOL I'm going to be SORE tomorrow after the stuff I did today. I know it was "just the kitchen" but I was on my hands and knees scrubbing like a wild woman for at least an hour.... And, we won't talk about me moving the washer, dryer, freezer and refrigerator to clean under and behind and then moving them all back!!! I think I need to soak in a hot tub for a while.... Susan
