1 pound away from being just overweight!!!! I'm so excited. Really wanted to wake up to that this morning, but didn't. Oh well....maybe tomorrow!!! Doesn't matter when it happens as long as it happens....sometime this week. LOL

Wow, everyone has had such a great week. We are shrinking away in here. Soon there will be nothing left to any of us. Well, I had a rough week and only lost a pound. But at least I did not gain, which is a good thing. My back is out and I did not exercise as much as I should have. Then add in there the birthday party and then going out to lunch yesterday and not eating like I should. This will be a better week and and I will get back on track like I should be. No more excuses......But at least it is not a stall and someting that I can work at to make better. Have a great day everyone....Gay
