Not a happy camper

I am the flip side of the coin....My MIL had WLS about 5 years ago now so when she asks questions I know it comes from a caring place. Also, I have shouted from the roof tops that I had WLS. I see it as a way to educate others and disspell some of the myths that surround it. BUT...with that said I want to let you know that I hate that your inlaws took it upon themselves to 'out' you like that. For each of us it is as personal a decision to tel or not to tell as it is to have the surgery in the first place. Like you said...live and learn.

Wow Beth!! How nice to know that your MIL is asking questions out of concern. That must be fantabulous!! Sounds like yours is really wonderful. Thanks for the kind words though about my situation. It means more than you know! Susan
