Too Much Protein?
I've heard 30-35, too. What if you divide your shake up between two servings? One between breakfast and lunch and one between lunch and dinner? I know it is extra work. I make a shake for breakfast with 12 oz of skim milk (4 oz frozen into ice cube trays) and 1 scoop of Whey and it totals like 36 grams. With that and whatever I eat throughout the day, I hit atleast 60 grams of protein.
