Thanks for sharing this. I makes me realize that, while I have WAY more control over food than I used to, I still need to work on that. I still find myself grabbing for junk when I'm upset. It's not the same junk, or the same amounts, but it's still junk.
One of my goals is to get that monkey off of my back for good.
THis was real encouragement for me. Thanks again.
