Fri: Protein/menu/water/workout
We made it to the weekend! (almost).
My scale has been stuck all week - hopefully it will move this weekend.
Protein: 45 so far
Water: behind a bit today -40oz so far today
Menu:
B: black bean / chicken soup w/ cheese
S: light string cheese
L: 2.5 oz beef w/ broccoli
S: peanuts
D: ANY SUGGESTIONS? It's friday that means I need to cook. Most people eat leftovers on the weekends, I cook and eat the leftovers during the week. I'm a complete blank for tonight though.
Workout: It's Friday night..that means no gym..but I'm planning on doing some power shopping and mall walking tonight (grin)
