CURVES UPDATE...

I had my monthly weigh in at Curves this afternoon. I always get so discourage and I know I shouldn't....their scale ALWAYS weighs me about 5 lbs heavier.....but its still discouraging....anway, their scale says I have lost 8 lbs. since last month and 4 inches...I did gain an inch in my arm, but she said that is good because I have gained muscle....I hope that's true?! Holly

8 pounds is great! cheers to you! I do agree with the inches being from pounds. Those Curves machines make a big difference! Keep up the good work!

WAY TO GO HOLLY!!!!! Sounds like you are doing fabulous!! Keep it up! As for the inch on your arm....I'm sure it's muscle. That's what happens when you lift weights. I'll bet you are going to look AWESOME this summer in your sleeveless shirts! Susan

YAY!!! That is awesome work! And I used to do Curves as well and the inches are sooo true. It is def. muscle! But hey I would sacrifice weight and inches for healthy muscle. The more muscle the harder you can work and burn more! That is always how I looked at it! Awesome job! Keep up the great work! Hugs, Melissa

Congratulations, Holly!!! You are doing so well. WTG on the weight loss and the muscle gain. I used to do Curves and really liked it. I would like to do it again, but don't know how to fit it into my schedule. I want to make sure I have the time to go before I pay for something like that. Maybe once the weather breaks and I don't have to worry about snow I can go. I know I could probably go two days a week while the kids are at daycare, just need to figure out another day that I can go. Hmmm???? Right now I am walking on the treadmill and doing my Walk Away the Pounds DVDs, but I want to start doing something to build up some muscle. Get rid of my batwings, if at all possible. And MY THIGHS!!! URGH!!!! Keep up the great work. You should be so proud. Hugs, Tabby
