i'm eating a fajita right now
I had a craving for a fajita and was trying to figure out a way to do it. So I bought carb control soft taco shells, cut 1 in 1/2. Spread it with some ff sour cream, put an ounce of ff shredded cheese and grilled me up 1 chicken breast tenderloin, marinated in Good Seasons dressing. Well, the smell, while cooking that chicken was to die for... and that first bite, heaven! I haven't found many things appealing or appetizing, but this sure did hit the spot.
Can I come to your house for dinner? That fajita sounds so good. I can just taste it. I made a simple chicken pot pie for dinner. Ate the chicken and veggies but not the crust.
I'm going to have to make some of those fajitas one of these days.

Sounds delish! I love fajitas. I get them all the time when we go out. i do not eat any of the shells though. 1: too afraid that the tortilla will gum up in the pouch 2: Staying away from that kind of carbs till I am at goal. I am only doing whole grains and only once a week.
I am so jelous! I might have to make some now! hubby loves them too. We get a fajita platter and it will feed both of us with left overs!

MMMM...sounds yummy!!! I found some white corn tortilla's that were low carb and only like 25 calories each. I like to use these for my fajita's when I make them for dinner. Hubby likes them, but eats flour tortilla's. We'll see if he changes his mind after his WLS at the end of the month.
