Tues: Protein/water/menu/workout

Protein: 60 (just made it) Water etc: 40oz (will drink the rest before bed) Snow day here sort of. I made it in to work, but left around 2 before the roads got bad. Cancelled my evening plans so I've had all afternoon / evening to relax with The Boy. (he left work at 2 as well). Menu: breakfast: nsa cib with skim plus milk snack: AHHHHHHHHHHHH 100 calorie pack - cheese nips (so bad, won't do that again) lunch: chicken marsala lean cuisine (meat only) and a bite of green beens snack: soy crisps dinner:WONDERFUL...I made a blackbean soup w/ chicken...it also had tomatoes and onions and kidney beans and anything else I could find in the fridge. It used up the leftover rotisirie chicken of doom. Workout: water aerobics was cancelled, we (the boy and I) decided to try out a Pilates DVD I had from netflix...it was almost 90 min. long! I did the whole thing, and boy are my abs sore!!

Not a great day for carbs but got the protein in and the carbs were milk carbs which do not seem to get me as much thank goodness. Have to do better tomorrow! Glad they were not bread carbs..bot that slows me down to no end! B: Apricot mango yogurt....yum! what a treat! S: Protein shake...Lactaid milk (yuck high carbs) with pro-complex chocolate L: Soy crisps..just a few...sea salt S:1/2 Apple (I know high carbs but need to use the fruit I had from last week when I was sitll needing to add fruit) Boy it was good though D: Chili S: Protein shake...Lactaid milk (yuck high carbs) with pro-complex chocolate Calories: 722 Fat: 15 Sat Fat: 5 Carbs: 63 (yikes they were all from milk and yogurt) (glad those do not affect me much) Fiber: 3 Net Carbs: 60 Protein: 96 Fluids: way over 64 Workout....did not go...roads are horrible
