to me last night. I went out with some friends from my support group and we went to a Mexico Restaurant, which I have had fajita chicken a trillion times. Well, I totally ate to fast and too much, within no time I broke out in a sweat, starting feeling queasy then I started burning in my pouch area. I was honestly begging to but to know avail nothing. I sweated, I cramped, I felt like if I could die that would be a good thing. This went on for a hour and a half..my friend had to drive us home then I laid down at her house until yes...I went to the bathroom about 6 times in 10 minutes. Then I finally made it home... Now lesson learned!!! Slow down, eat slow, chew well and take your time!!! Lesson definetly learned and lived. Hugs,

Oh man...to have to and to not be able to...what a horrible feeling. So sorry you had to go through that, and out at a restaurant on top of it. Will we ever learn? Glad to hear you survived!

Tip for next time .... Hot I not burning hot of course) tea of any kind. Ok this is totally gross but if you take a glup of it, I promise that you will have things moving in the right direction in mins ( and I don't mean out the back door) lol. Also after you do the deed it will help sooth your tummy really fast so you don't end up with the sweats and have to lay down. Sorry you had to go through that. SOOOOOOOOOOO been there before way to many times *sigh* you would think I would learn lol. *huggles* Felicia =0)

OUCH!!! So sorry you had to go through that while out with friends. We have all learned lessons the hard way. It's hard when you are socializing and eating. I know I don't pay as much attention. Or when something looks really good, I get excited to eat it and eat too fast. No fun!!! Take your time, sweetie!!! Hugs, Tabby

ANGELA, POOR BABY, TO GO OUT TO EAT, AND SOMETHING AS DELICIOUS AS A FAJITA AND THEN THE ROTTEN THING MAKES YOU WANT TO ? HOW DISAPOINTING FOR YOU. UNFORTUNATELY WE'VE ALL BEEN THERE AND DONE THAT AND WILL PROBABLY DO IT AGAIN. I KNOW I DID IT THE OTHER DAY AND ON ALL THINGS, YOGURT, YES I SAID YOGURT. I THINK I SHOVELED IT IN AND IT WAS EXTREMELY COLD. CAN YOU SAY OUCHIE POUCHIE? DOUBLED OVER. I LEARNED MY LESSON, THE HARD WAY. I'M GLAD YOU'RE FEELING BETTER NOW. DONNA, SFY
